About Pierre

Pierre Desrochers is a partner at McCuaig Desrochers LLP with a general business law practice focused on corporate law, commercial law and real estate law, including commercial financings, real estate developments, incorporations, corporate reorganizations and shareholder agreements. He also assists clients with business succession, estate planning, wills and trusts. He was admitted to the Alberta Bar in 1982 and designated Queen's Counsel in January 2004. He has chaired the Fédération des conseils scolaires de l'Alberta and served on the executive of the Canadian Bar Association's Conference of French Speaking Common Law Members, and currently chairs the advisory committee of Campus Saint-Jean, the University of Alberta's French-language faculty.
