About Jonathan
Jonathan Zepp leads Robins Appleby's Business and Transactions group. His work spans M&A deals, debt financing arrangements, private capital markets, and disputes among shareholders or partners, often involving cross-border and international elements. He advises private equity funds, entrepreneurs, lenders, and international companies, working alongside colleagues in tax, real estate, employment, and dispute resolution to craft solutions for complicated matters. Jonathan earned a B.A. from McGill University in 1994 and a J.D. cum laude from the University of Ottawa in 1997, and he was called to the Ontario bar in 1999. He is a registered trade-mark agent and serves on the board of the Canadian Shaare Zedek Hospital Foundation.
