Jennifer Roberts is Counsel in the Construction and Infrastructure Practice Group at Singleton Urquhart Reynolds Vogel LLP, where her work centres on complex construction and professional liability litigation defending engineers, architects and other design professionals. She has acted for parties across every level of the construction pyramid and is known for engaging with technical issues early in large, multi-party disputes, whether in arbitration or civil litigation. Jennifer has represented domestic and international engineering and architectural firms in major infrastructure disputes across Canada involving highways, bridges, hospitals, transit and P3 projects, including litigation over the Nipigon River bridge failure and acting for Golder Associates in the Red Hill Valley Parkway Inquiry. She is a Fellow of the Canadian College of Construction Lawyers and has been recognized by Best Lawyers in Canada for construction law since 2017. Jennifer earned a law degree from the University of Oxford and an honours degree and LL.B. from Dalhousie University.
