About Abigail

Abigail Green is an associate whose perspective is shaped by a lived experience as a proud member of the Mohawk Nation of Tyendinaga. Abigail clerked for Justice Michelle O'Bonsawin at the Supreme Court of Canada and for Justice Paul Favel at the Federal Court, and approaches the work with great care, humility and a deep sense of responsibility to the communities served, drawing on that knowledge to craft creative pathways through complex legal challenges in support of Indigenous self-determination. Abigail holds an LLM and a BSc from Queen's University and a JD from the University of Ottawa. Abigail is admitted to practise in both Ontario and Yukon.
