About Hardikkumar

Hardikkumar (Hardik) Belani is a barrister and solicitor who was called to the bar in Nova Scotia and Ontario in 2025. He founded Belani Law Professional Corporation in Mississauga, practising immigration and refugee law, family law, and employment law. Having personally navigated the Canadian immigration system, Belani has assisted clients with visitor visas, work permits, permanent residence applications, and refugee matters. During his articling term he gained hands-on experience managing family law, immigration, and employment law files.
