About Elias

Elias Toby is an associate at Chagpar Law who summered and articled with the firm before joining as an associate following his call to the bar. His developing practice covers motor vehicle accidents, slip and fall injuries, product liability, commercial litigation, and employment matters, and he has represented clients before the License Appeal Tribunal and in Superior Court motions. Before becoming a lawyer, Elias worked as an Operations Manager in the automotive industry, giving him firsthand insight into automotive collision insurance claims and dealings with insurers and adjusters. He holds dual Juris Doctor degrees from the University of Windsor and Detroit Mercy School of Law.
