About James

James Milne is a civil and family litigator who focuses on collaborative family law, including interest-based negotiation and interdisciplinary team training. He graduated from the College of Law at the University of Saskatchewan, articled and worked as a family, civil, and estates associate in Saskatchewan, and served for a time as a federal special prosecutor in Northern Saskatchewan before moving into private practice in Ontario in 2015.
