About Jonathan
Jonathan Carter's practice is focused on multi-family residential, mixed-use, and commercial real estate. He advises clients on the acquisition, disposition, financing, and development of multi-family residential and mixed-use projects and commercial investment properties, including strata wind-ups, rezonings, and subdivisions, and advises on Real Estate Development Marketing Act disclosure requirements. He also advises on ownership structuring, including partnership and shareholder agreements and development management agreements. Before joining Terra Law, Jonathan practised in the Real Property and Planning Group of a leading national law firm. He is a past member of the NAIOP Vancouver Developing Leaders Committee. Jonathan obtained his law degree from the University of Toronto and was called to the British Columbia Bar in 2010.
