About Jonathan

Jonathan Burton joined Gluckstein Lawyers in 2005 and returned after earning his Bachelor of Laws from the University of Western Ontario in 2006 to complete his articles. Following his call to the Ontario Bar in 2007, he became a Senior Litigation lawyer at the firm. Jonathan restricts his practice to insurance litigation, including personal injury, disability claims, occupier's liability, medical malpractice, and product liability matters. Before law school, he earned a Bachelor of Administrative and Commercial Studies in Organizational and Human Resources, also from Western. He has served on the Board of Directors of the Brain Injury Society of Toronto, including as Board Chair from 2010 to 2012, and was formerly Chair of the New Lawyers Division of the Ontario Trial Lawyers Association.
