About Daniel

Daniel is a personal injury lawyer whose practice covers motor vehicle accidents, slip and trip and falls, accident benefits, tavern and commercial host liability, and dog bite claims. He earned his JD from the University of Toronto after starting law school at the University of Ottawa, and graduated Summa Cum Laude from York University with a major in Economics. While in law school he volunteered with Pro Bono Law Ontario and worked as a caseworker in Downtown Legal Services' Tenant Housing division. He joined a boutique personal injury firm in 2015 before coming to Thomson Rogers, and has appeared before the Superior Court of Justice, the Ontario Court of Justice, and the License Appeal Tribunal. He is a member of the Ontario Trial Lawyers Association and was called to the bar in 2015.
