About Peter

Peter Reinitzer joined Davidson Cahill Morrison LLP, then known as Will Davidson LLP, in 2017, after a stint as in-house counsel for a property developer. Based mainly out of the firm's Huntsville office, he serves clients across Ontario with a practice centred on municipal liability, insurance law, and personal injury, particularly property loss and municipal claims. He regularly appears before the Superior Court of Justice and the Court of Appeal, and has resolved a number of disputes through mediation as well. Peter is president of the Muskoka Law Association and belongs to the Canadian and Ontario Bar Associations, the Ontario Trial Lawyers Association, and The Advocates Society. He was called to the Ontario bar in 2015, holds a JD from the University of Windsor (2014), and earned his BA from Queen's University (2008).
