About Brian

Brian Phillips is a partner at Cohen Highley, called to the bar in 1979 after earning his LL.B. from Western University. His practice spans all areas of real estate including residential, commercial, and development property transactions, as well as corporate/commercial and wills and estates matters. He joined Cohen Highley in 2001 and has lectured at the Bar Admission course and served as adjunct professor of real estate law at Western.
