About Paul

Paul Belanger is a partner at Kostyniuk & Greenside. He joined the firm as an articling student in 2002 after graduating from Osgoode Hall Law School, having completed a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology at York University. He was called to the Bar in 2003. He practices in all areas of insurance defence litigation, including personal injury, property damage, construction matters, and motor vehicle accident benefits, resolving disputes through mediation, arbitration, and trial on behalf of insurance companies. He is a member of the Toronto Law Association, Canadian Defence Lawyers, the Ontario Bar Association, and the Canadian Bar Association.
