About Jillian

Jillian practises general corporate and commercial law, working across corporate finance and securities, corporate governance and compliance, and real estate. She articled with McInnes Cooper and has since worked on a range of corporate transactions and governance matters, including due diligence and drafting agreements for various deals. While at Dalhousie's Schulich School of Law, she volunteered with reachAbility's Legal Referral Service through Pro Bono Dalhousie and worked as a research assistant with the Access to Justice and Law Reform Institute. She received the Clifford Rae Achievement Award and the Schulich Scholarship in Law, and was recognized with the O'Reilly Award at the Law Society of Newfoundland and Labrador's Bar Admission Course. She is a member of the firm's Promotion of Women (POW) Committee.
