About Blair

Blair C. Fraser, KC is a Partner with Cox & Palmer in Moncton and a member of the firm's Litigation Practice Group, serving insurance companies, banks, large corporations and federal Crown corporations. He earned a B.A. Honours in Political Science from Trent University (1991) and an LL.B. from L'Université de Moncton (1996), and was called to the New Brunswick Bar in 1997. His litigation practice covers auto, home, commercial general liability, professional liability and product liability insurance matters, along with subrogation and disability benefit claims, and he has appeared before the Court of Appeal and Trial Divisions of New Brunswick and the Supreme Court of Canada. Fraser was appointed King's Counsel in 2019 and was named a Fellow of the American College of Trial Lawyers in 2026.
