Insurance LawColin Clarke is a partner in Cox & Palmer's Halifax office, appointed King's Counsel in 2012. His practice centers on health law and medical defence, including serving as lead counsel for the Canadian Medical Protective Association and its members across Nova Scotia. He also practises insurance, administrative, regulatory, and energy law, including institutional and government litigation involving parties adverse to the Crown. Colin was called to the Nova Scotia Bar in 1992 after earning his LLB from Dalhousie Law School and an LLM with Merit from the London School of Economics. He has appeared before all levels of court in Nova Scotia and various administrative tribunals, and has served on several Nova Scotia Barristers' Society committees.
