About Jill
Jill Sheward is a founding partner of Swainson Miki Peskett practicing in the firm's real estate group. Born in Edmonton and raised in Sherwood Park, she graduated from the University of Alberta in 2002 with a Bachelor of Arts and in 2005 with a law degree, and was called to the bar in Alberta in 2006, Nunavut in 2011, and the Northwest Territories in 2019. Her practice centres on commercial real estate, primarily commercial financing and the acquisition and disposition of office, industrial, and retail properties, for institutional and private lenders and commercial real estate owners. She has been a member of Commercial Real Estate Women (CREW) for over a decade and serves on the boards of NAIOP Edmonton and CASA Mental Health.
