About Jessica
Jessica Park is a member of Legacy's Estate and Trust Litigation Group, focusing on estate and trust litigation. She regularly appears before the British Columbia Supreme Court in wills variation claims, the validity and interpretation of wills and trust instruments, passing of accounts, removal of personal representatives, committeeship applications, and disputes over incapacity planning documents including powers of attorney and representation agreements. She obtained her law degree from the Peter A. Allard School of Law in 2021 and clerked for five justices of the BC Supreme Court afterward. Jessica is fluent in Korean.
