About Zahra
Zahra Jenab has practiced family law for more than 30 years and founded Jenab & Company in West Vancouver. She holds a Master of Arts in Political Science and International Relations and received her Bachelor of Law (LLB) from the University of British Columbia in 1994, establishing her own practice on the North Shore in 2000. She has extensive training in mediation, arbitration and collaborative divorce, and has represented clients at the BC Provincial, Supreme and Appeal Court levels. She is a Law Society of BC accredited family law mediator, arbitrator and parenting coordinator, sits on the roster of the BC Hear the Child Society, and is a Child and Youth Legal Centre Roster Lawyer. Fluent in Farsi, she has worked with multicultural organizations to help immigrants navigate the Canadian legal system, and in 2017 she received the Sovereign's Medal for Volunteers. She also provides legal services in wills and estate planning.
