About Jessica
Jessica Kristensen is a partner on McCarter Grespan's Business Succession and Estate Planning team. She helps clients protect their financial and personal legacy through wills, powers of attorney, trusts and other planning tools, working closely with them to capture their intentions in ways that minimize taxes and potential disputes. Jessica also advises on the administration of estates and trusts, assisting individual and institutional fiduciaries with their legal and administrative responsibilities while managing risk. She is a qualified Trust and Estate Practitioner through STEP Canada. Jessica trained and worked at a large national firm before returning to her hometown of Kitchener-Waterloo. She earned her JD from the University of Ottawa in 2015 and was called to the Ontario bar in 2016.
