About Emma

Emma Christian's litigation practice focuses on commercial disputes and insurance defence, including commercial arbitrations, shareholder disagreements, multi-party construction defect matters, and securities and regulatory issues. Christian has appeared before all levels of BC court, in private arbitrations, and before regulatory bodies in BC and Alberta. Before joining Owen Bird, Christian worked at a commercial litigation firm in Vancouver and articled at a national firm, earning the course prize in Public Law and Dean's List recognition in law school.
