Employment & Labour LawCharlotte Chamberlain's practice spans civil litigation and public law, covering constitutional and human rights matters, administrative law and judicial review, Indigenous law and governance, environmental and regulatory law, and employment and commercial disputes. Her court experience includes every level of court in British Columbia along with the BC and Canadian Human Rights Tribunals, and she has acted as counsel in numerous public inquiries and investigations. Beyond her domestic caseload, Charlotte takes on matters before international bodies, among them regional human rights mechanisms and United Nations treaty bodies and special procedures. She focuses particular attention on Arctic sustainability, publishing and speaking on how the UN Declaration on the Rights of Indigenous Peoples applies across circumpolar regions.
