Bojm, Funt & Gibbons LLP, known as BFG Law, is a small civil litigation firm with offices in Vancouver's Yaletown neighbourhood and in downtown Victoria. Its three name partners, Eric Bojm, Malcolm Funt and David W. Gibbons, opened the firm in 2017. Funt and Gibbons had both trained at Blake, Cassels & Graydon LLP's Vancouver office before founding the firm, with Funt later working at the commercial litigation firm Nathanson, Schachter & Thompson LLP and Gibbons moving on to Lawson Lundell LLP. Bojm came from a large national firm and had spent two years doing legislative and policy research in the federal public service.

The firm's docket covers commercial and contract disputes, construction litigation, franchise and commercial lease disputes, corporate and shareholder litigation, defamation, securities litigation, environmental litigation and estate litigation, along with judgment enforcement and civil appeals. Its lawyers have appeared before the BC Court of Appeal, the Supreme Court of Canada, the Federal Court and the BC Securities Commission, and Chambers and Partners, Best Lawyers in Canada and Benchmark Litigation have all ranked members of the team in recent years. The associate ranks bring language range beyond English, including Mandarin, Cantonese and Korean, which comes up in the firm's cross border commercial work.
