About Hilary

Hilary Ingle is a family law associate who helps clients work through complex disputes over finances, parenting and support. She also drafts cohabitation agreements and marriage contracts tailored to each couple's situation, and represents clients through both negotiation and litigation. Ingle joined Epstein Cole as an associate after summering and articling with the firm, and later completed a one-year secondment with the Pro Bono Students Canada Family Justice Centre. During law school she volunteered with the University of Toronto's Downtown Legal Services clinic, and she continues to serve on the Board of Directors of the Red Door Family Shelter. She was called to the Ontario bar in 2018, holds a J.D. from the University of Toronto (2017), and completed a B.A.Sc. (Honours) at the University of Guelph in 2014.
