About Alandra
Alandra K. Harlingten joined Lovett Westmacott in 2018 after four years as legal counsel with the BC Ministry of Attorney General's Constitutional and Administrative Law Section, where she appeared in civil actions, judicial reviews and appeals up to the Supreme Court of Canada. She practices administrative, human rights, privacy and constitutional law, providing both advisory and litigation services. Harlingten is a contributing author to the CanLII BC Litigation Manual and the CLE Administrative Law Manual, and is an adjunct professor at the University of Victoria, where she co-coaches the Gale Cup moot team.
