About Jenny

Jenny Pho is a partner in the firm's Corporate & Commercial group and chairs its Estates, Trusts & Succession Planning group. Her practice spans renewable energy, corporate reorganizations, mergers and acquisitions, and trusts and estates for a diverse mix of businesses and individuals. She is skilled in deal structuring and secured lending, and also handles shareholder, partnership and joint venture agreements, distribution agreements and construction contracts for Canadian and foreign clients. Her estates work extends to trust administration, tax succession planning, estate freezes and cross-border planning. Jenny has also built a niche practice in funeral and cremation law, working with funeral directors and crematorium owners and advising industry associations. She earned her J.D. from the University of Victoria in 2003 and her B.B.A. from Wilfrid Laurier University in 2000.
