About Josh

Josh Zelikovitz is a partner in the Competition and Foreign Investment Group at Goodmans. His work covers all aspects of Canadian competition law, including mergers, behavioural matters, and corporate compliance, along with mergers reviewed under the Investment Canada Act and the Canada Transportation Act. Before joining Goodmans, Josh worked as a competition law officer at the Competition Bureau, Canada's competition and antitrust regulator. There, he took part in a number of significant merger reviews spanning the agriculture, aerospace, natural resources, insurance, and manufacturing sectors, and he served in the Bureau's notification unit advising merging parties and government staff on compliance requirements under the Competition Act.
