About Jennifer

Jennifer Sweitzer's practice focuses on environmental law, acting for individuals, corporations, insurers, engineering and consulting firms, and municipalities in environmental disputes and related civil litigation before the Ontario courts. She earned a B.A. (Hons.) in Psychology and Philosophy from Wilfrid Laurier University in 2011 and a J.D. from the University of Ottawa in 2014, and was called to the Ontario bar in 2015. She is a member of the Canadian Bar Association, serving as a member-at-large of its Environmental, Energy and Resources Law Section, and also belongs to the Ontario Bar Association, Young Women in Law, and the Law Society of Ontario.
