About Jennifer
Jennifer Wong is an associate in Richards Buell Sutton's Real Estate Group, with a focus on secured financing transactions and commercial leasing matters, representing institutional and private lenders as well as borrowers in loan transactions, including preparation, negotiation, and registration of security documents. Her practice also includes advising commercial landlords and tenants on lease agreements, renewals, and modifications. She serves as a director for the Vancouver Bar Association, volunteers with Access Pro Bono, and participates on the firm's Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion Committee. She holds a J.D. from Osgoode Hall Law School at York University (2018) and a B.A. (Distinction) from McGill University (2015), and was called to the bar in 2020. She is a member of the Federation of Asian Canadian Lawyers, the Law Society of British Columbia, the Canadian Bar Association, and the Vancouver Bar Association.
