Nic Wall is a senior associate concentrating on privacy, cybersecurity, and data governance. He advises clients on privacy law and compliance with emerging AI rules, along with data rights and protection issues tied to new initiatives, technology, and commercial deals. His work also touches on legal reform efforts and preparing for and responding to data breaches. Nic represents clients in regulatory complaints and investigations, administrative hearings, and civil litigation. He has appeared as counsel before the Supreme Court of Canada, courts at every level in Ontario, the Federal Court, and in arbitration proceedings.
