A partner in the firm's Intellectual Property Group based in Toronto, Shelagh Carnegie focuses on all aspects of the trademark prosecution lifecycle. She has extensive experience helping local and international clients clear, protect, commercialize and enforce their trademark rights at home and abroad, and is a member of the Brands and Marketing Team at MARQUES, the SME Resources Committee and the International Trademark Association North American Global Advisory Council.
