About Brad

Brad is a Partner practicing management-side labour and employment law, with a focus on occupational health and safety, workers' compensation, human rights and workplace accommodations, labour relations and collective bargaining, wrongful dismissal, and workplace privacy. He advises clients on employment contracts, workplace policies and manager training in performance management, accommodations and harassment prevention, and appears regularly before labour arbitrators, human rights tribunals, labour boards, workers' compensation tribunals and the courts across Atlantic Canada. Brad has volunteered as a past Director of the Halifax Chamber of Commerce and of Safety Services Nova Scotia, and was named a 5-Star Safety Lawyer by Canadian Occupational Safety in 2022.
