About Jonathan
Jonathan Cummings maintains a general corporate commercial practice at Kingsgate Legal focused on contracts, share and asset acquisitions and dispositions, compliance, corporate governance, securities, and commercial and residential real estate. He has worked on transactions exceeding a billion dollars in value as well as smaller-scale deals, drawing on prior experience at two large international law firms and an international engineering company. Jonathan earned his Bachelor of Laws from the University of Alberta in 2008, following a Bachelor of Business Administration with honours from Trinity Western University. He grew up on his family's ranch in central British Columbia and has also managed and operated the family business.
