Civil Litigation & Dispute ResolutionJeff's practice focuses on litigation, negotiation and law and policy development, supporting files before courts in British Columbia, Saskatchewan, Ontario, the Federal Courts, and administrative tribunals. He advises on land and resource issues, Aboriginal rights and title, Indian Act matters, First Nation governance, and Indigenous legal traditions. A member of the Lax Kw'alaams First Nation, he lectures on Indigenous law and administrative law at UBC and UVic and has been recognized on Business In Vancouver's BC500 list of influential business leaders. Outside law he is an avid birder and photographer. He earned his J.D. from the University of Victoria in 2018 and was called to the British Columbia Bar in 2019.
