About Philip
Philip J. Dougan has practiced strata property law and landlord-tenant matters for over two decades, appearing at every level of court in British Columbia as well as before the Civil Resolution Tribunal, the Residential Tenancy Tribunal, and the Human Rights Tribunal. He teaches license renewal courses for property managers through the BC Financial Services Authority and speaks at seminars for the Canadian Condominium Institute and the Professional Association of Managing Agents.
