About Jason
Jason Dutrizac is a commercial litigator focused on bankruptcy and insolvency, restructuring, banking litigation, and financial services law. He advises businesses, business owners, shareholders, secured and unsecured creditors, licensed insolvency trustees, and court-appointed receivers on insolvency and restructuring matters, as well as on the sale of business assets. With a Master of Laws in Banking and Financial Services Law, he also advises financial institutions on lending, client services, and regulatory compliance, and draws on his litigation experience to pursue claims involving money laundering and fraud. He earned his J.D. from the University of Windsor, an LL.M. in Banking and Financial Support Services from Osgoode Hall Law School, and a B.A. in International Relations and History from Mount Allison University.
