About Jasmine

Jasmine is a bilingual corporate and commercial lawyer in McInnes Cooper's Charlottetown office, helping business owners and individuals with general corporate matters, acquisitions, business sales, corporate reorganizations, and franchise law. She also handles residential property transactions and wills and estates planning for clients. Jasmine serves as the Charlottetown representative on the firm's Promotion of Women Committee and is a board member with Queens County Residential Services. Before law school, she studied at Laurentian University, earning a Master of Science in Biology, a Bachelor of Science in Biology and Geology, and a Baccalauréat des Arts en Droit et Justice. She received her J.D. from the University of New Brunswick in 2020 and was called to the Prince Edward Island bar in 2021.
