Jas Sadhra is a litigation lawyer focused on commercial disputes and workplace-related matters. As a member of Emery Jamieson's Employment Practice Group, Sadhra advises both management and employees on wrongful dismissal litigation, severance review, termination practices, and privacy issues, and regularly reviews and drafts employment agreements, executive compensation packages, and workplace policies. Sadhra has represented clients before the Provincial Court of Alberta, the Alberta Court of King's Bench, the Alberta Court of Appeal, and the Residential Tenancy Dispute Resolution Service, with additional experience in residential real estate, environmental law, defamation, personal injury, and garage keeper's liens.
