About Gillian

Gillian Clarke is a civil litigator with a practice focused on personal injury, disability and insurance law, and Workers' Compensation Board claims. Over a career spanning more than 30 years, she has advocated for individuals with life-altering injuries caused by others' negligence or by their own disabilities and conditions. Gillian earned her LLB from the University of Alberta in 1992 and was admitted to the Alberta bar in 1993. She has chaired the Canadian Bar Association's Alberta Law Conference and has volunteered with the Alberta Diabetes Foundation since 2007, including as Board Chair from 2017 to 2020. Outside the office, she enjoys spending time with family, travelling and gardening.
