About Janelle

Janelle Anderson is a senior associate at Procido LLP who advises boards, executives, and leadership teams on corporate governance, commercial contracting, regulatory compliance, and mergers and acquisitions. Her practice also covers employer-side employment advisory work, including executive contracts and workplace policy. Janelle combines legal expertise with governance and organizational design experience, helping clients navigate growth, restructuring, and regulatory change. She has served on the boards of Governance Professionals of Canada and the Public Legal Education Association of Saskatchewan, among other community roles. Janelle earned her J.D. with Great Distinction from the University of Saskatchewan in 2014 and holds designations as a Governance Professional and in Global Competent Boards. She was admitted to the Law Society of Saskatchewan in 2015 and was recognized in the 2025 Canadian Lexpert Directory as a Leading Lawyer to Watch in ESG.
