About Stephen

Stephen Branigan maintains a broad solicitor's practice at TDS's Brandon office, serving clients in corporate and commercial law, municipal law, real estate, oil and gas, civil litigation, and wills, estates, and succession planning. Originally from Redvers, Saskatchewan, he is a member of both the Manitoba and Saskatchewan bars and has a particular interest in cross-border solicitor work between the two provinces. He earned his Juris Doctor from the University of Saskatchewan in 2017 and was called to the Manitoba Bar in 2018 and the Saskatchewan Bar in 2021. He serves on the executive committee of the Brandon Downtown Development Corporation and on the Board of Directors of the Brandon and Area Community Foundation.
