Nikki Rudachyk is a Saskatoon-based partner at McKercher LLP specializing in finance and commercial transactions. She assists clients with commercial lending and financing arrangements, including private placements and public offerings, and with the purchase, sale, leasing, and development of real property. Her estate planning work spans high-net-worth, Indigenous on-reserve, 2SLGBTQ+, and faith-compliant matters, and she has advised Royal Bank of Canada's Indigenous Markets Team and served as Saskatchewan counsel on major transactions, including Athabasca Potash Inc.'s $341 million sale. Nikki earned a Bachelor of Arts with distinction in Economics from the University of Saskatchewan in 2000 and a Juris Doctor in 2003, was called to the Saskatchewan bar in 2003, and has been recognized by Best Lawyers and Chambers Canada.
