About Chad

Chad Eggerman is a founding partner of Procido LLP and a business lawyer with more than 20 years of experience advising businesses, municipalities, developers, contractors, farmers, and entrepreneurs. He structures transactions and negotiates contracts across construction, real estate, agriculture, energy, mining, and infrastructure matters in Saskatchewan, Alberta, and Ontario, and advises on asset acquisition, financing, and risk management. Chad was called to the Ontario Bar in 2004, the Saskatchewan Bar in 2007, and the Alberta Bar in 2019, and earned an LL.M. in Contract and Commercial Law from the University of Helsinki in 2003 following his LL.B. from the University of Saskatchewan in 2001. He has served as Honorary Consul for Finland in Saskatchewan and the Northwest Territories since 2012, has been recognized by Lexpert as a leading energy lawyer since 2019, and authored the book Practical Project Law in 2022.
