About Jane
Freeman is a trial lawyer in Field Law's Insurance and Litigation practice groups, handling disputes under property, casualty, commercial general liability, and professional liability policies, as well as commercial real estate and estate litigation. She represents government correctional facilities in Fatality Inquiries and has handled pipeline disputes, product liability claims, and severe personal injury matters, including the Fort McMurray fire property loss and coverage issues. She has extensive mediation and Alberta trial experience. Called to the Alberta Bar in 2007, she is recognized by Best Lawyers in Canada for personal injury litigation and insurance law.
