About James

James (Jim) Clapp grew up in a small farming town in Ontario before moving to British Columbia as a teenager. He attended law school at the University of British Columbia and began his legal career in Vancouver before relocating to Victoria, where he built a practice in business, corporate, commercial, real estate, and estate work. Alongside his private practice, Jim has worked with First Nations Bands and the Salvation Army and regularly provides pro bono legal advice to those in need.
