About Dustin

Dustin Marnell practices in wills and incapacity planning, real estate, and estate administration (probate), and accepts appointments as executor, trustee, and attorney under a power of attorney. He works out of Infinity Law's Broadmead and Downtown Victoria offices and also accommodates home and off-hour appointments on request. Before joining Infinity Law, he was a partner at a firm recognized as one of Canada's top wills, trusts, and estates law boutiques. Dustin holds a Juris Doctor from the University of Victoria and a Bachelor of Arts from Simon Fraser University, and completed the Canadian Institute of Certified Executor Advisors Program in 2023. He is a member of the Canadian Institute of Certified Executor Advisors, the Canadian Bar Association, the Law Society of British Columbia, and the West Shore Chamber of Commerce.
