Ken Krohman has a general real estate, commercial and corporate law practice serving clients ranging from local businesses and developers to national manufacturing and retail operations, as well as a number of foreign corporations doing business in Canada. He focuses on forestry, mining, real estate and business acquisitions and reorganizations, including structuring and advising participants in mining joint ventures from exploration through mine development and financing, and structuring reorganizations of pulp and wood product manufacturing operations. His real estate experience spans numerous acquisitions, development and disposition transactions in commercial and residential sectors, including complex transactions for a national food store retailer.
