Christian Cu has been with O'Neill Law LLP for over 10 years, having previously worked as an associate at a large Vancouver law firm in corporate and commercial transactions. His practice focuses on U.S. and Canadian corporate and commercial law, mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance and securities. His clients are active in oil and gas, mineral exploration, life sciences and clean energy, and include both private entities and companies listed on the TSX Venture Exchange, the CSE and U.S. OTC markets. He is licensed to practise in Washington State (1999), British Columbia (2001) and Nevada (2004).
