About Andrew

Andrew Rafuse is a graduate of the University of Toronto Faculty of Law. He began practicing law in Ontario in 1988 before relocating to Victoria in 1997. His practice focuses on business and personal injury litigation, including shareholder disputes, property liens, and motor vehicle collision claims. With a working knowledge of Spanish, he also practices immigration law, including permanent residence applications and hearings before immigration tribunals. He has more than twenty years of experience in trials and court claim resolutions.
