About James

James H. Omran joined Dutton Brock in 2021 after gaining experience in insurance defence litigation and class proceedings. He has appeared before multiple levels of court in Ontario, including the Court of Appeal, and his practice covers commercial general liability, complex product liability, general negligence, motor vehicle claims, professional negligence, and coverage disputes. James completed his honours BA and JD at Queen's University in Kingston, and he also earned a certificate in international business law at the Bader International Study Centre.
